![]() Does the Ubuntu driver only print in B&W/Grayscale? If so the issue is likely the color cartridge. This is likely caused by the driver only using the color or black cartridge. The fact that the Linix driver prints at normal speed is an interesting twist. If the printer now prints at normal speed the issue was the color cartridge. Send a print job from the Windows computer. Set the color cartridge aside with its nozzles up. Reinsert the black cartridge and remove the color cartridge.If the printer still runs slowly move to the next step. If the printer now prints at nearly normal speed the issue was with the black cartridge, which would need to be replaced. Next send a print job from the Windows computer. Remove the black cartridge and set aside with the nozzles facing up.If the issue persists move to the next step.
